Old Power Plant

by stewart

Religion is like an old power plant which has fallen into disuse. During its time the building served to fill the countryside with Light. Now its doors are closed, the windows broken and the machinery still.

Periodically an engineer arrives to rehabilitate the structure. He has expertise to direct the workers and update the building to today’s specifications. Then the engines start anew creating Light for thousands of homes.
