Remember, this moment is all we have; we are not promised another. While another may follow, it is always a gift from the Universe. In this moment do something wonderful: laugh, sing, shout out loud, jump for joy, extend a hand to help another, offer a prayer of thank fullness. And if unable to celebrate because of illness, pain or worry: call out to the One who has Given this opportunity- to open His/Her arms and bestow a healing caress upon your heart.
Never forget, each is a Child of the Universe, on a glorious voyage of self discovery, wonder and thanks. May our moments be flowers opening to the sun and rain, always proclaiming our life in this magnificent meadow.
